Group Training

Group Training is an excellent alternative to 1-on-1 training. Small group training has been gaining popularity because it’s an affordable, fun way for clients to take advantage of a trainers expertise at a lower cost. This can keep the seriousness of personal training, while adding the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic. The maximum number of group participants is 5, This will allow the group session to still be fun and challenging, but small enough to retain high quality fitness instruction. While we should keep in mind that group training will be less individualized, you will still benefit from the accountability, motivation, support from others, coaching feedback, and educational cues that group training provides. After reading through this introduction, you will continue by filling out the assessment questionnaire regarding your history with diet, exercise, and health. Upon submission, we will follow up by scheduling a physical assessment with the focus on getting to know you and your goals a little bit better. We will then cover what you can except and what is to be expected of you during your group training.
